Fees & Charges

How will I pay  for the financial services?

Depending on the type of meeting requested, your initial appointment is generally free. At this meeting, your Financial Planner will explain to you the services available, what you can expect, and the options available to pay for the services should you proceed.

 

Any charges or costs will be agreed upon before you become a client, or there's any work commenced - so there's no need to worry. The particulars of the fees, commissions and any other relevant remuneration and benefits will be disclosed to you in a Statement of Advice should we proceed to provide you with personal advice. Also, the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) of any financial product recommended will detail the fees payable to the product provider for that particular product. If you have any questions please ask.


Below is a summary of our available payment options to pay for our services, however, they are simply a guide of what fees can be charged which may not be applicable to your situation. We understand every client is different, and will quote you the fees before any work is carried out. If you wish for a chat for General Advice only, we can also accomodate with a 30 minute appointment. The cost for this is $275.

Hourly Based Charging

The fee for the preparation and implementation of our advice is calculated based upon the time we spend developing the advice. Our hourly rate is $330 per hour (incl. GST) with our advice preparation fee subject to a minimum of $990 (incl. GST).


We will provide you with an estimate of the overall cost as the price can vary depending on the scope and complexity of the advice. If extra charges apply, then we will inform you before proceeding with any work.

 

Service Based Fees

The fee for the preparation and implementation of our advice is calculated based upon a fixed price agreement. Prior to commencement, this fixed dollar amount will be agreed upon based the complexity of advice being provided. This fee can range between $1,100 to $5,500 (incl GST), however, our average cost is usually $2,200 for a Statement of Advice. We will quote you prior to any work.

 

Ongoing Service Fees

Our ongoing advice fees vary depending on scope and complexity and are subject to our minimum fee of $990 pa (Incl. GST), subject to any previous arrangements entered into. The exact cost of the ongoing review service will depend on the review offering we recommend and this will be disclosed within the advice document we provide to you.

Supplementary Service Fees

For supplementary services, such as the provision of general research material or the completion of administrative tasks our fee will be calculated on a time basis of $330 per hour (Incl. GST).
